Terms of Service
These terms apply to use of Loudwater by schools, trusts, staff, contacts, and authorized users. Loudwater is provided by Blundens Ltd.
Service access
Access to Loudwater is granted to authorized users under school or organization agreements. Users must keep account credentials secure and use the platform only for legitimate education operations.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt unauthorized access to data, systems, or accounts.
- Do not upload malicious code, harmful content, or unlawful material.
- Do not use Loudwater in ways that disrupt service for other schools.
Data responsibilities
Schools remain responsible for data quality, lawful processing instructions, and user permissions. Loudwater provides technical and organizational controls to support secure processing.
Intellectual property
Loudwater software, branding, and documentation are owned by Blundens Ltd or its licensors. Customer data remains the property of the relevant school or organization.
Availability and changes
We aim for high service availability and may update or improve the platform over time. Planned maintenance windows and significant service changes are communicated through appropriate channels.
Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for breach of these terms, non-payment under contract, or legal or security requirements.
