How Loudwater uses cookies

• Essential: authentication, secure session handling, fraud prevention and the cookie choice itself. These are required for the service and cannot be switched off through the preference control.
• Preferences: first-party settings such as the selected language and interface choices.
• Optional public-site analytics: Google Analytics is loaded only after an affirmative choice and only on the public marketing pages listed by the application. It is never loaded in the signed-in platform, authentication flows, form-response journeys or other child-facing surfaces.

Third-party cookies

Google Analytics is the only optional third-party website analytics service currently enabled. We configure it without advertising signals or ad personalisation, send only a public path without query parameters, and cap analytics-cookie lifetime at 12 months from the original decision. Microsoft Clarity, session replay and Google Ads conversion tracking are disabled. Operational Application Insights telemetry is cookieless, does not auto-track page visits or network requests, and receives redacted route identifiers.

Managing cookies

The public-site cookie preference control lets you accept analytics, use essential storage only, or withdraw analytics consent later. Withdrawal disables future analytics collection and removes first-party Google Analytics cookies that are accessible to this site. You can also clear or block storage in your browser. Disabling essential cookies may prevent login and core platform features from working correctly.
