Loudwater gives every parent a single portal that mirrors the school's live data. There is one login, one set of notifications, and one place to find everything from a homework deadline to a trip consent form.

Built on the same secure platform as staff dashboards

The parent portal is not a bolted-on third-party app. It runs on the same Loudwater workspace as the teacher, SLT and admin dashboards. Anything staff publish becomes visible in the portal immediately, and any change a parent makes, such as a phone number or an emergency contact, is reflected straight back on the pupil record, with an audit trail.

Safeguarding-aware notifications

Critical messages can fall back to SMS automatically if the parent has not opened the app, and contact lists honour court orders and access restrictions configured by the safeguarding lead.

No separate password to remember

Parents can sign in with email, magic link or supported single sign-on, and the portal is offline-tolerant on a phone, so it keeps working through patchy signal at the school gate.
