Loudwater ships ready-made templates for students, staff, classes, periods, terms, parents, applicants and equipment. Each template matches the field names in the platform exactly, so once your data is in the spreadsheet it lands in the right place on first import.

A sandbox workspace from day one

Every school gets a sandbox alongside their live workspace. You can import a single year group, configure a timetable, run registers and reports, and confirm everything looks right before you cut over the rest of the school.

Parallel run with no double-entry

Loudwater can mirror selected modules, including attendance, behaviour, and communications, alongside an incumbent system during a half-term parallel run. Office staff enter data once, and we surface side-by-side comparisons so leadership can sign off the switch with confidence.

A team that's done this before

Our onboarding team has run migrations for primaries, secondaries and small trusts. We provide template-mapping support, import dry-runs, and a named contact through the first census after go-live.
